I am WARRIOR exists to share The Living WORD of GOD through teaching, writing and speaking. Emphasis on being a Warrior is inspired by the book of Ephesians. Here, Paul not only gives counsel to the church—the body of Christ—but also to individuals within the church (Eph. 6:10-18). And not just to men, but women too. All believers must fight to resist the enemy. But we cannot fight the fight alone. We must rely on GOD’s strength and use every piece of the armor HE provides, for we are up against far more than we can handle on our own.

Though we usually equate the mighty strength and fierceness of a warrior with men, women too were created with a mighty strength and fierceness—different from men. And from the very beginning GOD puts them together as helpmates—they compliment one another (Genesis 2:18). But nowhere in the passages on the full armor of GOD does Paul instruct only men to “…take every weapon GOD has issued…” (Eph 6:13 The Message)

The I am WARRIOR photo, intended to represent the mighty strength and fierceness of a warrior, also represents a submission—a submission to Christ. Typically the image of a female warrior may not, to some, convey a message of a godly, submissive woman. However, this woman, before her call to arms, submitted her life to Christ. In that moment, Satan was stripped of his power and authority over her life, and the enemies of Christ became enraged! In that moment, a warrior was born!
